TV Rants & Ramblings: Arrow 1.5 – Damaged

Oliver being arrested and accused of being Arrow seems like it would be a major step in the story of Arrow, but within minutes this stressful situation is downgraded to nothing special. I would have loved to see this version of the episode, but alas, it was not to be.
