Movies:
I Spit on Your Grave Trailer – Okay, I will admit that I am mostly just a fan of the title for this movie, but as a remake to a horror film I don’t know how excited to really get about this. Let’s face it; they all don’t turn out too well. Plus the trailer footage kind of reminds me of Last House on the Left, so let’s just hope that this film doesn’t go the same route that did. Check it out here.
Inception Trailer – Wow. That’s about all I can say. Check it out here.
Waiting for “Superman” Trailer – A documentary about the failings of our education system in today’s society. Check it out here.
You Again Trailer – A comedy about a girl who discovers that her brother is engaged to the girl who tormented her in high school. It’s toting a pretty great female cast, and after seeing Betty White on SNL I am willing to support her in anything. Granted, Kristen Bell doesn’t hurt either. Check it out here.
TV:
Saturday Night Live – Speaking of Betty White, go watch her SNL episode while you still can! Check it out here.
Gaming:
Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood – (360/PS3/PC) – The name for the next game in the Assasin’s Creed series has been confirmed this week as Assasin’s Creed: Brotherhood. In my haste I was pretty upset about this whole game being based on the main character of the second game because I was set on having the third game about some crazy ninja assassin in Japan (how that would relate to Desmond, I don’t know). But now I have nothing to worry about because this is just a spin-off to the second game in which the main character Ezio fights off the Templars in Rome with the brotherhood that appeared in the second game. Which means that after this game’s release this fall we will still have a new character to look forward to in the third game. Check out the article (and cover art) here.
Crysis 2 Trailer – (360/PS3/PC) – I remember seeing some stuff a while back about the first game in this series, but I never really gave it a second look because it wasn’t available on the consoles. Well, I may be a little late to the party on this bit of information, but the sequel will be available on the 360 and PS3 (instead of just PC). Check out this intro trailer here.
Red Dead Redemption – (360/PS3) – Though the game hasn’t been released yet, they have already detailed the first DLC as being a 6-mission co-op story that will allow people to play with a total of 2-4 people. And it will be for free! Check out the full article here.
